The recently opened stunning Halfway House was rebuilt after a very kind donation from a former member. He always felt it was such a stunning view overlooking the 5th green and 2nd fairway and wanted all to enjoy the view and a drink when either golfing or relaxing.
Situated by the 14th tee, the Club have developed the practice area into a Driving Range which offers covered and open bays alongside a grass teeing area on key days. It is ideal for a lesson or practice session and only a 5 minute walk from the Clubhouse.
In recent years the Club have enhanced their short game facilities by developing an area to the right of the first tee. This hidden haven offers a good selection of pitching, chipping or bunker shots and also has three practice nets to warm up.
Overlooked by the Clubhouse, the Club have a fantastic putting green that has 18 challenging holes and is large enough to host the annual national private schools putting championships.
Adjacent to the putting green there is a beautifully prepared Croquet lawn that allows all ages to enjoy this tactical game.
